1. Sobre estos términos
Estos términos regulan los servicios de lavado y detallado de vehículos de Autoshine Acropolis, operado por Three Palms SRL (RNC 1-32-85585-1) ("Autoshine", "nosotros"), en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, así como nuestros mensajes de WhatsApp. Al dejar su vehículo con nosotros, usted acepta estos términos.
2. Servicios y precios
Realizamos los servicios indicados en su orden de servicio. Los precios incluyen ITBIS. Si encontramos que su vehículo necesita trabajo adicional, le consultaremos antes de realizarlo o cobrarlo.
3. Estado del vehículo y pertenencias
Al recibir su vehículo registramos su estado y cualquier daño visible. Retire sus objetos de valor antes de entregarlo. No nos hacemos responsables por objetos dejados dentro del vehículo.
4. Retiro del vehículo
Le avisaremos por WhatsApp cuando su vehículo esté listo. Los vehículos deben retirarse el mismo día. Si no lo retira el mismo día, Autoshine puede cobrarle un cargo por almacenamiento, y el parqueo de Acropolis Center puede cobrarle su propia tarifa al salir.
5. Pago
El pago se realiza al retirar el vehículo, en efectivo, por transferencia bancaria o con tarjeta. Si necesita una factura con valor fiscal, indíquenos su RNC o cédula antes de pagar.
6. Reclamaciones
Revise su vehículo antes de salir de nuestro local. Cualquier reclamación sobre el servicio, incluido un daño causado por nosotros, debe hacerse antes de salir del local; no podemos aceptar reclamaciones después.
Un supervisor de Autoshine evaluará la reclamación y, si procede, determinará la compensación: repetir el servicio sin costo o un crédito por el valor del servicio contratado, para usar en un próximo servicio.
No somos responsables por daños preexistentes, desgaste normal ni daños en piezas que ya estaban sueltas, agrietadas o con pintura deficiente.
7. Mensajes de WhatsApp
Le enviamos por WhatsApp avisos sobre su servicio. Para dejar de recibir mensajes automáticos, responda BAJA o STOP a cualquiera de nuestros mensajes.

9. Cambios a estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha al inicio de esta página indica la versión vigente.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Dominicana, incluida la Ley 358-05 General de Protección de los Derechos del Consumidor o Usuario.

1. About these terms
These terms cover the car wash and detailing services of Autoshine Acropolis, operated by Three Palms SRL (RNC 1-32-85585-1) ("Autoshine", "we"), in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and our WhatsApp messages. When you leave your vehicle with us, you accept these terms.
2. Services and prices
We perform the services listed on your service order. Prices include ITBIS. If we find that your vehicle needs extra work, we will ask you before doing it or charging for it.
3. Vehicle condition and belongings
When we receive your vehicle we record its condition and any visible damage. Remove your valuables before handing it over. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
4. Vehicle pickup
We will tell you on WhatsApp when your vehicle is ready. Vehicles must be picked up the same day. If you do not pick it up the same day, Autoshine may charge you a storage fee, and the Acropolis Center parking lot may charge you its own fee when you exit.
5. Payment
You pay when you pick up the vehicle, in cash, by bank transfer or by card. If you need a tax invoice, give us your RNC or cédula before paying.
6. Claims
Check your vehicle before leaving our shop. Any claim about the service, including damage we caused, must be made before you leave the shop; we cannot accept claims afterwards.
An Autoshine supervisor will review the claim and, if it is valid, decide the compensation: redoing the service at no cost or a credit for the value of the service you paid for, to use on a future service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage to parts that were already loose, cracked or poorly painted.
7. WhatsApp messages
We send you WhatsApp notices about your service. To stop automated messages, reply STOP or BAJA to any of our messages.
8. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, including Ley 358-05 on consumer protection.
